Being an Olanno Influencer is more than just wearing dancewear, it’s an experience. Our influencers aren’t just showcasing styles; they’re genuinely spreading their Olanno pride throughout their studio, social media, and dance community. Our objective is to have our Influencers focus on building self-esteem, empowering themselves to find their inner confidence, and embracing how they can impact the world by spreading kindness and generosity throughout their daily lives.

We are a small, operated business, and if chosen, your dancer will play an important role in continuing our mission to spread the Olanno Love in a meaningful way alongside a dedicated group of veteran and VIP Influencers. We are looking for dancers and families who are go-getters with big hearts, personalities, and who are eager to inspire, connect, and make a lasting impact…because at Olanno, it’s not just about what you wear, but the journey you share.

INFLUENCER MODEL & VIP PROGRAM

CRITERIA TO MEET INFLUENCER ROLE:

  • Commit to a 6 month term from Feb. 1, 26’-July 31, 26’

  • Influencers must have an established dance Instagram account, closely monitored, better yet managed by a parent. Account should be active with consistent posting and interaction with your followers. Most importantly, social media safety is our top priority. We will only accept members who take pride in having a clean (creep-free) followers list. We will be checking for all these details.

  • Influencers must be dependable. Meet deadlines, communicate, and follow through on assigned tasks throughout the term.

  • Influencers must already be Olanno shoppers and must actively wear and buy our products during their term as part of representing Olanno Dance.

  • Influencers who are active on their social media. Regular posting, stories, and engagement to help share the Olanno experience with their dance community. We also expect active support on Olanno’s social media with genuine comments on all posts we create.

  • Influencers who have a positive presence. No drama. Just dancers (and families) who represent the team with class.

  • While our program isn’t exclusive, we ask that applicants show genuine commitment to Olanno Dance during their term. If you're actively partnering with multiple dancewear or activewear brands, it may be hard for us to offer you a spot this round.

NOTE: Social media safety is very important to us, and we absolutely respect the choice to maintain a private dance account. However, public accounts are preferred, as they tend to have a greater impact on the overall reach and visibility of our brand. If you choose to remain private, we kindly ask that you prioritize consistent posting and meaningful interaction with your followers to help support our shared goals.

VIP MODEL PROGRAM

CRITERIA TO MEET VIP ROLE:

  • VIP ROLE is a special, invite-only level reserved for those who have exceeded their Influencer role expectations and truly embodied the Olanno spirit.

  • Influencers who are very active on their social media and create exceptional content by posting professional photos, reels, sharing all things Olanno, and genuinely interacting with their followers.

  • Influencers who we have been able to count on to shop and wear many of our products.

  • Influencers who are leaders in spreading the word of our business.

  • Influencers who exude kindness and go out of their way to motivate and interact with their Olanno sisters and moms.

  • Both the dancer and parent must exemplify positivity, kindness, and a supportive, drama-free attitude. The strength of this partnership plays a vital role in the success of our business. We deeply value the encouragement, trust, and commitment that both the dancer and their support system bring to the Olanno community.
